These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Galeries website. If you are not comfortable buying on-line and prefer to pay by cheque please phone us. As a web customer you are protected by the Office of Fair Trading Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations. In addition we aim to provide the same friendly and trusted service you would receive if you were to visit our shop - and we hope you will come back to us again and again.
By visiting the website and placing an order you are entering into a contract with us and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Prices
Our prices are quoted in £ sterling.
The prices shown include U.K. Sales tax where payable.
There will be additional, variable costs for delivery.
Cancelling an order
We will send an e-mail confirming your purchase on receipt of payment and before the goods are delivered. While we hope you will be happy with your purchases you have the unconditional right to cancel an order up to the point where the goods leave our premises and for a further 7 working days from the day after the goods are delivered .You must notify us in writing or e-mail within this period if you decide to cancel.
Returning goods
In the event of cancellation you are responsible for returning the goods to us within 21 days and for the cost of insurance and transport. We will refund your payment for the goods within 30days of receiving notice of intention to cancel, provided the goods have been returned, wrapped and packed and in the same condition that they were dispatched. We do not offer a collection service. Delivery and collection charges will not be refunded.
